The second-generation Honda Ridgeline pickup truck has been on sale in the US market since 2016. The car is produced in the USA, at a plant in the state of Alabama. This model has never been delivered to the Russian market.
“Ridgeline”, created on a common platform with the Pilot crossover, has retained a design atypical for pickups: a monocoque body, independent rear suspension, front-wheel drive in the basic version. Other design features include a separate underfloor load carrier and a tailgate that can be folded down as well as to the side. The carrying capacity of the machine is 730 kg (1609 lb).
Honda Ridgeline is equipped with a V6 3.5 gasoline engine with a capacity of 280 hp. in combination with a six-speed “automatic”. For a surcharge, an all-wheel-drive transmission with individual side clutches on the rear axle shafts is offered.
In the American market, prices for the Honda Ridgeline start at $ 29,500.
