Between every 30,000 and 40,000 miles, your BMW’s transmission fluid should be changed, and if it isn’t, it might begin to smell. The transmission fluid (though it may also be the coolant) could have a sweet or burning odor.
Changing the transmission fluid is generally half the cost of a transmission flush since it needs less fluid and time to complete. The BMW X1’s automatic transmission fluid changes are quite basic, as they must be in order for your car’s gearbox to operate smoothly. If you don’t change your fluids at least every 30,000 miles or so, your BMW X1’s transmission may slip.

The model is the first restyling of the second generation, which debuted in 2015. It is worth noting that the manufacturer approached modernization quite comprehensively. The car received a new variable gearbox, an updated interior, an increased list of additional equipment, and a redesigned exterior. Like other models, the X1 received a design in the current version of the corporate identity.
The enlarged and almost fused “nostrils” of the false radiator grille are striking. Headlights have changed their design. They received larger focusing lenses and angular sections of LED daytime running lights. The front bumper has also changed. The round blocks of fog lights have disappeared from it. Instead, you can see small LED sections located much lower.
