Buick Enclave Transmission Fluid Capacity

An automatic gearbox is standard in most new cars. As a result, there is little to no maintenance required. Nonetheless, the majority of owners’ manuals will recommend changing the transmission fluid every 90,000 miles or so. Because high-pressure cleaning might dislodge debris inside the transmission that can gum up the works, flushing your transmission’s fluid has fallen out of vogue in recent years.

Your car’s gearbox will last for years of trouble-free operation if you follow the maintenance schedule outlined in your owner’s handbook and your dealership service advisor. Check with your owner’s handbook and your dealer service advisor for more information.

The lubricant that keeps your vehicle’s transmission moving is called transmission fluid. Because of the heat produced in the gearbox, the fluid can deteriorate with time. The type of transmission fluid you require depends on your car. To keep your automobile on the road, regular transmission maintenance is required. It is necessary to maintain your car so it can continue to drive.

The Buick Enclave’s design has always been a part of its allure, and that taste for style continues with the 2022 model year. The 2022 Buick Enclave is based on the Chevrolet Traverse and features newer sheet metal that should drive sales. The three-row Enclave is positioned at the top of Buick’s exclusively SUV lineup above the Encore, Encore GX, and Envision.

Let’s start with the look. Slimmer headlights are complemented by a slightly modified grille and chrome strakes that extend from the grille to below the lights. Aside from minor modifications to the front fascia, other changes have occurred in the rear. A chrome trim piece connects redone taillights, which are now connected by a long chrome trim piece that extends into the taillights in 2021.

The Enclave also gets a restyled center console with a push-button gear selector for the 2022 model year, as well as new available wheel types. Enclave Avenir models feature trim-specific front and rear fascias, wheels, taillights, and interior detailing.

Despite the cosmetic changes, Enclave continues to use the same engine and gearbox as before. Every Enclave is powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 that produces 310 horsepower and 266 pound-ft of torque. The V-6 is coupled to a nine-speed automatic transmission; standard Enclaves are FWD, but AWD is available on all trims. When we drove an AWD vehicle, it achieved 60 mph in 7.0 seconds. The estimated fuel consumption is 17-18/25-26 mpg city/highway according to testing (AWD).
